A meniscus tear is one of the most common knee injuries. Any activity that involves forcibly twisting or twisting your knee, especially putting all your weight on it, can cause a tear in the meniscus.

Each of your knees has two C-shaped pieces of cartilage that act as a cushion between the tibia and femur (menisci). A tear in the meniscus causes pain, swelling, and stiffness. You may also feel a blockage in the movement of the knee and have difficulty straightening the knee fully.

Conservative treatment – such as rest, ice, and medication – is sometimes enough to relieve the pain of a torn meniscus and give the injury time to heal on its own. In other cases, however, a meniscal tear may require surgical repair. Torn meniscus Treatment in Nizamabad
